Bio: I´m an Australian/Greek glutton who has spent years chasing my appetite around the Continent (and occasionally elsewhere) with a fork in hand and glass in the other. A professional background in food media and restaurant marketing along with a crew of European friends willing to host me (thanks guys!) lets me indulge my love of food and explore the provenance entwined in every dish and tradition.
